As was recently mentioned here, Microsoft will auto-upgrade IE6 and IE7 (to IE8 on Windows XP machines, and IE9 on Windows Vista and Windows 7 machines) during 2012.
And although IE6 still has a significant market share in some countries (e.g. China), the situation in many countries is promising enough to seriously consider taking the much coveted step: Finally drop support for Internet Explorer 6 and 7.
Webcraft Internet Services will be happy to take the plunge and stop supporting these two browsers from January 3rd, 2012.
